False Cases Cannot Suppress the Public Voice, Asghar Khan Achakzai
Chaman (Syed Sardar Mohammad Khondai): Provincial President of Awami National Party (ANP) Balochistan, Asghar Khan Achakzai, appeared before the Sessions Court Chaman today, where the honorable court approved his bail applications in all cases registered against him.
Talking to the media outside the court, Asghar Khan Achakzai said that the deteriorating law and order situation in the province, especially in District Chaman, limited employment opportunities, and the basic problems faced by the public are extremely alarming.
He said that baseless cases and pressure tactics against political workers to suppress public issues, national rights, and the democratic voice are not acceptable under any circumstances. The public voice cannot be silenced and the public struggle cannot be ended through cases and cheap tactics.
He further said that their constitutional and democratic struggle for national rights, democratic values, and the legitimate issues of the people will continue at all costs.
The case was pleaded by senior jurist Advocate Aulas Yar Tareen, Advocate Inayatullah, and other lawyers.
On this occasion, a large number of party district and tehsil office-bearers and workers were present, including ANP District President Abdul Khaliq Akmal, General Secretary Samiullah Achakzai, Tehsil Presidents Gul Janu, Chairman Gul Zaman, Ismat Warkhata, Muhammad Ali Madla, Municipal Corporation Chaman Opposition Leader Sabir Khan Achakzai, Haji Zareen Khan, Master Sharafuddin, Nasir Saab, Hameedullah Kochi and others.
